By using TaskLens, you agree that AI providers may process photos and text you submit according to their data and AI usage agreements.
TaskLens uses AI to generate the best task suggestions it can, but answers are not guaranteed to be 100% correct. Users must review and verify tasks before acting on them.
TaskLens is a productivity assistant, not a safety, legal, medical, compliance, HR, or professional inspection tool.
Only upload photos and notes you have permission to use. Avoid confidential, private, medical, financial, legal, student, patient, employee, or customer information unless you have the right to submit it.
For workplace use, the user or business is responsible for getting any required permission from employees, customers, patients, students, visitors, or property owners before uploading photos.
User edits, deleted fixes, saved task changes, feedback, thumbs ratings, and app behavior may be used to improve TaskLens answers, labels, and app behavior for this app only.
TaskLens does not control every third-party AI provider's independent data practices. Review the selected provider's terms before using your own provider key.
TaskLens is not intended for children under 13. Do not upload children's information, student records, patient records, or similar sensitive records unless you have proper permission.
Recent scans, thumbnails, cached AI results, saved tasks, API key choice, and feedback are stored on this device unless you choose to share, export, or submit them through the app.
